Pregnancy Style #2
So Bump No 2 is growing nicely and I am starting to get rather big- in fact a lot bigger than I was with Mads at this stage. I am hoping it will even itself out at some point, if I keep on growing at this rate I will be the size of a house by the time the baby is due.
I am still in normal clothes and haven't bought anything maternity yet, except a couple of things I have been given. However this doesn't mean that dressing this bump is straight forward- in fact I went shopping with Mr E the other day and found absolutely nothing whatsoever I liked, in the normal or maternity sections. The problem is I want to buy clothes that won't suit my new tummy.
I am living in tight tops to show off my bump and as yet I have been lucky that I haven't put on any weight anywhere else except on my tummy so fitting in my normal shirts and things undone isn't a problem. I had a little dilemma about a coat the other day, I was going to buy a maternity one but in the end I decided that was pointless for the amount of time I was going to use it, so I just bought a normal one- it already doesn't do up though so its going to be a lot of layers for me this winter.
Here is what I have been dressing the bump in most recently.

1. I went to my Grandpa's 80th garden party which was the last nice summer day of the year. Goodbye floaty easy maxi dresses.
2. My husband hates these Missguided patterned leggings- in fact he hates any leggings in general that aren't black. Just as well I have lots of different pairs.
3. When I went to the Mad Blog Awards I was lucky enough to have my dress sponsored by John Lewis, I love it, it isn't something I would have worn when I wasn't pregnant, but I like the way it clings to my tummy. I brightened up a bit with a big statement necklace.
4. I was sent this amazing vest top from Yummy Mummy maternity- my god I have lived in it the last few weeks, so much so I need to buy some more. It is a stretchy material and is one size fits all, I didn't believe this at first but it was tight and clings to you and moulds to you as you grow.
